Around and about Dundee there's a couple of electric vans being tested - by Dundee company Axeon Holdings.
They're driving them around until they run out of charge, they've said if you see them being towed home it's because they've worn the battery right down!

Volkswagen have reported record commercial vehicle sales - including passenger carrying commercial vehicles, they reported 15,793 sales in the UK* for the first 6 months of this year.
The Transporter remains their best selling model.
